RETURN POLICY

  • Please submit all return requests within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Each return is assessed individually. Kindly email your requests to support@mauigrownremedies.com.
  • All refunds are issued as store credit only.
  • Returned items must be unused with their original packaging intact.
  • Gift with purchase items are not eligible for return.
  • We keep track of customer returns, and repeated returns may be flagged and, if deemed suspicious, denied at our discretion.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Items that are unsellable, damaged, or altered may not be accepted for return and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Maui Grown Remedies Inc reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.

FINAL SALE

Items bought with a promo code (excluding the sign-up code), during sales (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), and discounted items are considered final sale. Price adjustments on previous orders are not applicable during sale periods.

STOLEN PACKAGES

Maui Grown Remedies Inc is not liable for reimbursement if a package is successfully delivered to the correct address. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the safe delivery of their order. Tracking numbers provide a timeline and delivery dates for tracking, allowing purchasers to verify successful package delivery.
