Nothing worked for me to help me with sleeping both falling asleep and waking up in the middle of the night not being able to go back to sleep. Only your product has worked for me. I just recommended it to my son Mark Billik and told him to get it since he has difficulty sleeping. I take 75 mg two hours before bed and then if I wake up, I take 25 mg under my tongue. I don’t usually have trouble falling asleep, but I slept restlessly, woke up at odd hours, and then could not go back to sleep. I had tried the old cannabis Slow Wave before, but for me the THC anxiety overwhelmed any benefit I might’ve gotten from the CBN. (CBD has no effect on me.)

I was hopeful that the new low THC Slow Wave hemp formulation would work for me and it certainly has. I spent some time trying different doses, delivery methods, and timing, and I settled on .75 ml, swallowed rather than sublingual, because I want delayed onset and I want it to last longer. I take it an hour or two before I go to bed. Within a week I was sleeping straight through the night and waking up at my normal time. Occasionally I wake up early, but I go right back to sleep and wake up at my regular time.

I’m really grateful to Maui Grown for making this formulation of the two cannabinoids proven to induce sleep but free of the psychoactive side effect, and also for not loading it up with unnecessary CBD.

I might add that I’m sleeping well for the first time in years at the cost per day of less than I pay for the Honolulu newspaper. Highly recommended!
